  6. No obligation to restore: We are under no obligation to restore a member's account after it has been suspended or canceled.

  7. Termination without cause: We may terminate a member's account without cause at any time by providing notice to the member. In such cases, we will provide a prorated refund for any fees paid for membership or any associated services.

  8. Discretionary decision: The decision to suspend or cancel a member's account is at our sole discretion, and we are not required to provide any explanation or justification for the decision.

  9. Waiver: The failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions or any applicable laws or regulations does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it in the future.
