As parents of three teenagers, we felt the weight of responsibility bearing down on us. Their graduations were quickly approaching, and our children were about to embark on the next chapter of their lives. We couldn't bear the thought of them stumbling through the uncertainties of post-high school life alone. College tuition has skyrocketed, and we knew that the stakes were too high to leave their futures to what they "think" they want to do. The toll of not having clear career paths could impact their mental and physical health, and we couldn't let that happen. We had to do something to help guide them towards success.
So, we pumped the brakes, and created personalized programs designed to radically expose our teenagers to their interests. For our son, we designed a program that exposed him to every aspect of the music industry. For our daughter, we designed a program that exposed her to every aspect of designing fashion.
The results were better than we every imagined. Over the next year, our son wrote, produced, and recorded an EP called, "Days B4 Yellow", and a full length album called "Melancholy Yellow" released on all streaming platforms. Through the exposure, he gained the clarity he needed to make sound decisions about his career that were rooted in exposure and experience.
Our daughter, took a year before college to design, source and manufacture, a thirteen piece fashion collection called, "Feeling Everything." This collection earned her several scholarships to one of the top fashion schools in the nation. More than that, the exposure of that year gave her the clarity to confidently make life decisions about her career in fashion.
